Scent: warm vanilla cupcake!
Ingredients: Magnesium chloride, distilled water, stearic acid, emulsifying wax, olive oil, mango butter, shea butter, hyaluronic acid, Squalane, jojoba oil, niacinamide (vitamin b3), beeswax, vitamin e oil, essential oil blend (Blue tansy and natural vanilla), optiphen plus, glycerin, castor oil, vitamin C extract & vitamin A.
It's interesting to note that magnesium deficiency is not easily diagnosed- which is why so many people operate with low-level chronic deficiencies. It is sometimes known to be the cause of symptoms such as eczema, allergies, headaches, anxiety and chronic pain — all of which may signify chronic magnesium depletion.
It’s important to note: If your body's cellular magnesium levels are low and you apply magnesium lotion directly onto your skin, it may sometimes sting or tingle a little. This is not an allergic reaction—magnesium is found naturally in the body and is vital to good health.
The tingle sensation caused by magnesium lotion may feel uncomfortable for a while. However, once you have increased the magnesium levels in your body, the discomfort will slowly fade away after a week or two of regular application. As with anything if you’re not consistently using the lotion, you most certainly will not get used to it.
You can use this lotion externally anywhere you need to! If you're new to magnesium products, start out slow and work your way up. Keep in mind Magnesium is a salt, therefore be mindful if you have freshly exfoliated skin, cuts or other open wounds. Some people find a dime size on their problem areas (shoulders, back, neck) is perfectly good. Others enjoy using it on their legs. While if you're me, you go full body mode! Do what is right for your body.
It’s easy to forget, but applying magnesium lotion to damp skin is crucial. Hyaluronic acid is a humectant, a moisture magnet that binds water to your skin and prevents moisture loss. If applied to dry skin, it might pull moisture from deeper layers, leaving it drier. Lightly misting your skin before application is perfect to maximize benefits!

As a holiday indulgence, I bought these for myself and my two daughters. It is now June, and I'm about ready to reorder after using it every night. The sleep I've been getting is undeniably better - smooth and creamy is how to describe the lotion, but also how my sleep has felt. For one daughter, the additional magnesium has meant that she doesn't need fiber supplements to do #2. For my other daughter, she and her husband both use it daily for sleep and stress support. I make my own lotions, so I am extremely fussy about ingredients and scents, and this is one of the only products I will purchase a second time. I love it so much, I don't want to live without it!
So I bought this hoping it would help with my severe arthritis and I noticed a difference but it’s not been that long so I wasn’t too sure…BUT then I tripped and my full weight landed on my big toe..it wasn’t broken but it was all black and blue and definitely joints were bruised. I figured I try this on my toe and HOLY MOLY the bruising was gone within a few days and the pain was significantly better. I didn’t do anything else but use this a few times a day and it really worked. I’m excited what it will do long term for my arthritis now. This is a really a miracle in a jar! Thank you!! Loving it works great
My husband has restless legs at night, so we’ve been putting them on the bottoms of his feet and his legs don’t move nearly as much as they used to. It also smells really good - exactly like a vanilla cupcake.
I love how soft and pampered my feet feel—like I just had a pedicure! My sleep is more restful, and I enjoy the soothing ritual of lotioning my toes and feet at bedtime. The lotion has a wonderful scent, and just a little goes a long way
