Scent: orange, lemon & vanilla! (this is a 100% natural fragrance).
Ingredients: Magnesium chloride, distilled water, stearic acid, emulsifying wax, olive oil, mango butter, shea butter, hyaluronic acid, Squalane, jojoba oil, niacinamide (vitamin b3), beeswax, vitamin e oil, natural fragrance, optiphen plus (preservative), glycerin, castor oil, vitamin C extract, vitamin A, mica colorant.
It's interesting to note that magnesium deficiency is not easily diagnosed- which is why so many people operate with low-level chronic deficiencies. It is sometimes known to be the cause of symptoms such as eczema, allergies, headaches, anxiety and chronic pain — all of which may signify chronic magnesium depletion.
It’s important to note: If your body's cellular magnesium levels are low and you apply magnesium lotion directly onto your skin, it may sometimes sting or tingle a little. This is not an allergic reaction—magnesium is found naturally in the body and is vital to good health.
The tingle sensation caused by magnesium lotion may feel uncomfortable for a while. However, once you have increased the magnesium levels in your body, the discomfort will slowly fade away after a week or two of regular application. As with anything if you’re not consistently using the lotion, you most certainly will not get used to it.
You can use this lotion externally anywhere you need to! If you're new to magnesium products, start out slow and work your way up. Keep in mind Magnesium is a salt, therefore be mindful if you have freshly exfoliated skin, cuts or other open wounds. Some people find a dime size on their problem areas (shoulders, back, neck) is perfectly good. Others enjoy using it on their legs. While if you're me, you go full body mode! Do what is right for your body.
It’s easy to forget, but applying magnesium lotion to damp skin is crucial. Hyaluronic acid is a humectant, a moisture magnet that binds water to your skin and prevents moisture loss. If applied to dry skin, it might pull moisture from deeper layers, leaving it drier. Lightly misting your skin before application is perfect to maximize benefits!

I ordered the Mag Silk hoping for it to improve sleep. I kept waking overnight because of my husband tossing, dog walking around, etc. and after using this consistently for a couple weeks, I sleep like a baby every night! Downside is, when I don’t apply before bed, my sleep quality changes (but just for that night). It’s amazing! If you want a new routine that’ll improve your sleep and overall relaxation, buy this!
I was skeptical ordering a product I’ve never smelled or tried, but let me tell you, this lotion has helped my mom with her arthritis, myself with my chronic illness, and my boyfriend with his anxiety. It’s an absolute miracle butter. I’ve been telling all my friends about it and they love it too. It helps me get a good nights sleep and you will not regret trying it. The smell is good, it definitely smells like something you could eat! If you like orange scented things this one is definitely right for you. I've noticed It has helped me regulate my nervous system in multiple different ways! Since using these magnesium lotions I've been having a lot less anxiety, and my mood in general has improved throughout the day! And at night I have been able to fall asleep faster and stay asleep. I usually fall asleep around 3:00 a.m. and if I don't have work I wake up around noon. Now using the magnesium 3 times a day if not more, I've been able to fall asleep around 11:30 to 12:30 and wake up at a more "normal" time.
I knew I would like this scent when I watched Molly making it on TT live. I didn’t realize just how MUCH I would love it!
