Blue Tansy essential oil is believed to have many soothing properties (which is why it's nearly 10x the cost of a typical essential oil).

Some Fun Facts about Blue Tansy: radiologists have been known to use the oil, combined with water in a spritzer bottle, to help treat skin for burns that can sometimes develop from radiation treatments for cancer. Also, the American Chemical society notes that chamazulene  (the chemical that brings out the blue color in the oil) is also an anti-inflammatory agent.
